This is the privacy policy of Paylobby GmbH, Hirschgartenalle 25, 80639 Munich (hereinafter “Paylobby”). It applies to all Paylobby-operated websites, mobile apps and offers.
If you are redirected to a third-party website that is not operated by Paylobby, or through third-party services, via a link on the website operated by Paylobby, please note that this privacy policy does not apply to this third website.
Paylobby collects, processes and stores the information that you have communicated electronically (e.g. in forms or otherwise on the sites operated by Paylobby) and through other communications channels, or that was transferred during the interaction between you and the Paylobby websites, according to the following sections and with the German legal regulations.

1.  Visit of the Paylobby websites

When you visit Paylobby’s website, your browser transmits the IP address, browser version, screen resolution and operating system of the device used. In addition, your browser sends the date and time of the call, the time spent on the site, and the individual websites accessed during a visit. 2.  Consulting services Paylobby

a.  Contact form

You have the possibility to get in direct contact with Paylobby for personalized advice or to obtain an individual offer. To this end, you can use our contact form. When using our contact form, you will be prompted to enter your name, e-mail address and telephone number. This information will be permanently stored by Paylobby to process your request and further consultation. Furthermore, Paylobby assigns you to a country based on the transmitted IP address of your device. This information will be saved in order to show you the correct offer for a payment method. If you were redirected on our website by clicking on another website on an ad from Paylobby, a cookie is created, containing the information identifying which advertising medium redirected you, from which advertisers and at what time in which country.  This non-personal data is evaluated by Paylobby for the optimization of the advertising campaigns and the billing with the advertising partners.

b.  Usage

Paylobby collects and processes your personal data for the purpose of handling the closed consulting contracts as well as all related functions (for example, use of the comparison functions, user support). The same applies if you access one of Paylobby's offers via a Paylobby mobile app.

c.  Communication channels

The websites operated by Paylobby offers you various ways to communicate with Paylobby. Paylobby uses an automatic filter system, which interfere with communication violating the Terms and conditions of use of Paylobby GmbH. In particular, the automatic filter system employed prohibits the mass sending of messages or offensive, violent, obscene, racist or otherwise offensive expressions or messages of advertising nature. Furthermore, Paylobby logs the use of the provided communication channels for a short time to analyze and correct technical errors, to ensure system security and integrity, to combat abusive and / or unauthorized use as well as to create usage statistics on a non-personal basis. The generated logs contain the date and time of the message, their sender and recipient, the message’s text, and the amount of data transferred.

d.  Internal investigations

Paylobby uses the data stored by you or about you, for purely internal research regarding user interests and user behavior. This use is pseudonymized. You may object to the use of your data for internal investigations at any time with effect for the future. Please use the e-mail address given below for your objection. Any costs other than your transfer costs will not be incurred for revocation.

e. Use-based online advertising

Ads displayed on the Paylobby website you are using will be able optimized for relevance. The connected marketers occasionally collect anonymous data about their usage behavior. Here, for example, data about the visited websites, used offers and clicked banners are collected. Using these data, there can be no personal identification based on pseudonyms according to current legislation. f.  Use via third-party platform; Mobile Tracking

In order to constantly improve and optimize our offer, we use mobile tracking technologies. For this purpose, we use the services of the adjust GmbH, Saarbrücker Str. 38a, 10405 Berlin, Germany (www.adjust.com). With the help of these services, we collect statistical data on the use of our services to constantly improve our offer. Within the scope of use of our apps, information that your device transmits to us is collected and evaluated. The following data is collected: IP address which is immediately anonymized, MAC address, anonymized device ID (IDentifier For Advertisers - IDFA oder Google Advertiser ID - GAID), browser type, language, internet service provider, network status, time zone, URL of access and exit page, time spent and date of access, clickstream data, and other statistical information about the use of our services. There is no direct reference to individuals. The collected data is used to create anonymous user profiles. The data collected with the tracking technology are not used to personally identify the visitors of these websites without the consent of the person concerned. The data collection and storage can be stopped at any time with effect for the future, by making the settings of your mobile terminal as shown in § 8.

3.  Transfer of your data to third parties

Paylobby will pass on your personal data to the following third parties to a limited extent:

4.  Technical characteristics

a.  Cookies

Cookies are small files that allow Paylobby to store certain information on your device, for example, to recognize you when you visit a website or to create statistics. Most cookies are automatically deleted as soon as you close the browser or exit the websites operated by Paylobby. However, some cookies can be stored longer. b.  Web Beacons

Paylobby uses Web Beacons (also called Clear GIFs or otherwise). A web beacon is a link that is built on a website and points to a small image file. If the website with the built-in link is called, the link is automatically requested the small picture file. d.  Google Analytics

Paylobby uses the externally developed analysis tool Google Analytics for its websites. Google Analytics allows your visit to Paylobby's websites to be evaluated by setting cookies. For this data is collected by Google Analytics based on page views, namely technical characteristics of the equipment used for the visit and your activity on websites Paylobby. 5.  Revocation of consent

If Paylobby processes your personal data based on your consent and not because of a contractual or legal reason, you can revoke your consent at any time. If the revocation refers to the reception of payment information or other e-mails, you will be given the option of posting further payment information or e-mails in every payment information or other e-mail sent. Any costs other than your transfer costs will not be incurred for revocation.

6.  Modification or deletion of personal data

You may change your personal data at any time (e.g., to update or correct them) or completely delete your data. Please note that Paylobby will not be able to meet your request for deletion, as long as there are reservations or legitimate interests of Paylobby or a third party. 7.  Information about personal data

8.  Turning off your Tracking ID

For Apple-based mobile devices: Open the settings on your mobile device (for example, iPhone or iPad) and select the "Privacy" menu item. Under "Advertising", you can switch off ad tracking.
For Android devices: Open the settings in your app list and tap the "Ad button". After the Ad window opens, you can disable the Google Advertising ID.

9.  Final clauses

Paylobby reserves itself the right to change this privacy policy at any time, but Paylobby will always respect the applicable privacy laws.
